I have a very bright friend who used Zahn, so I almost went that way. But, Dalton's capacity to deliver courses via the web alongside a students opportunity to attend multiple reviews seemed the better value. Furthermore, Dalton keeps you in the program until you pass, whereas Zahn would charge if you came back for additional reviews. The quality of the materials & the instructor lead reviews surpassed my expectations. I passed the exam on my first try, my friend passed it on his 2nd try!

I'm happy to report that I passed the CFP exam on my first attempt. I largely credit the Dalton Review because of their excellently organized review materials, videos, the review sessions and of course the instructors. Many thanks!

I passed in July '09 (1st Attempt). The Dalton Review materials were outstanding. The online instruction/classroom was pivitol to my success, it is a must. I spoke with Joe Gillice personally on three ocassions before I even became a client. We all look for great customer/client relations and the Dalton Review provides this from the top down. I thank the team at Dalton for such an effective program.

I failed using Dalton...the slides were very tedious to stare at while listening to someone talk.

I took the CFP course through another provider and even with 17 years of industry experience found their materials confusing and full of errors. Luckily, I enrolled in the Dalton Review prior to sitting for the exam. I attended the Atlanta review in Oct and just learned that I passed the Nov exam (my 1st attempt). The Dalton Review was very helpful. I followed their plan: review the pre study material, attend a review, work through the question bank - and found it to be successful for me. The question bank, especially, helped prepare me for the exam.

Several of the partners at my firm as well as many successful financial advisors recommended the Dalton Review. I firmly believe that I passed because of 3 reasons: 1) Kristi Tafalla's pdfs with great mnemonic memory techniques for tax and retirement, 2) the TestBank (absolute GOLD, spent several nites at Starbucks taking quiz after quiz on problem areas, and 3) my very loving and supportive wife Louise. I recently received my results from the March CFP exam, and I Passed. This was my first time to take the exam. Your review and practice tests had me more than prepared. Thank you for your help.

I passed in July 2010 (just found out, whoo!), 1st attempt. Although I should have started studying earlier (I started 2.5 months ahead of time), that's only because Dalton offers such a wealth of information in a large variety of formats. I was continually impressed by that fact and by how good the instruction was. The instructors knew the subjects thoroughly and had a lot of good test-taking tips. Also, having a baby and a job made it absolutely necessary to be able to study on my own schedul

I just received the CFP results online for the July 2010 exam and I am happy to report that I passed on my first try. It has been a nerve-racking 8+ weeks waiting for the results, but I wanted to thank you for the review course and all of everyone's help. I did the 2 weekend online review, and it was the perfect way to study in order to coincide with my work schedule. The exam itself was more difficult than expected, but the insight your review had provided, definitely aided in my success.

A HUGE Thank You to the Dalton Team. The instructors were all very supportive and thorough. We learned the material rather than just how to pass an exam. Learning how each section relates to the others has helped me every day to be a better Financial Planner, and student of the industry. Now, I look forward to having "CFP" added to my business cards!

After taking the course work with another company, I used Dalton's review course to pull it all together. The material was presented well. The instructor's knowledgeable and presented well. The test bank of questions were instrumental in preparing me for the exam.

I just got my results in the mail and I PASSED!! I would have never passed without you guys, thanks for taking the time to answer my questions and make the materials as clear as possible. I just found out that I passed the Nov. 2010 Exam. I had a friend who recommened The Dalton Review, he passed on his frist attempt as well. I attended the Atlanta review session in October and I don't think I would have passed it without the review course. Thanks for the help!

I recieved my scores yesterday and thanks to Joe and the great people over at The Dalton Review, I passed. I did not pass the first time, but because of th ability to take the review over again I was able to refocus, use the online tools, as well as the live review to get through the exam.
